Before that, I was working in Korea, Taiwan, and USA.
I came to China in November 2008. Now I am in Harbin, already planning business with My local partners.
It seems there are many opportunities. I has visited many cities throughout China to observe and study the market. Now me and my partners in China decided to start business venture in Northeast China. Following is brief business plan by geographic locations and types of business.

B. Taiwan:
Representative: Mr. Pi from Kaohsiung and Mr. Lin from Taipei
Business: Real estate transactions, management, and cooperation in China, Taiwan, and USA. Trading and technology joint venture business in China, Korean, Japan, and Taiwan.
C. China:
Natalie and Mr. Tang will be in charge of gathering capital, recruiting and negotiating human resource in Tianjin and Beijing.
In Harbin and Daqing located in Heilongjiang Province, my local friends and I will venture on following areas:
Type of business:
a. Trading:
Import of cosmetics, health supplements, luxury gifts, and wine. We already have an existing distribution channels, and we also have means to obtain lowest tax and speediest import permits.
b. High Tech:
We have means in Northeast China to develop technology cooperation, OEM and wholesale with support from local government authorities. This enables us to provide best preferential policies and best informational support.
c. Real Estate:
We are most confident and experienced in real estate acquisition, management, and sales. We will in the near future work cooperatively with each strategic location under an entity named Rong Feng Group.
Our plan is to work with anyone with ideas, products or services they believe in. The people who work with us as partners will share 20% profits of the business venture.
David and I both hope we will have chance to work with you in the near future.
